Instructions
1.The Electrodes must be baked under 300-350℃ for an hour before Welding.
2.Try to use small current welding and short arcs ,the swinging width no more than the diameter of 2.5 times.
3.The stains on the weldments, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before Welding.
Application
For welding stainless steels within same system as well as high chromium steels and high manganese steels. Also it could welding dissimilar steels, e.g. Cr19Ni10 with mild steel.
